Born and raised in Nigeria, Tolu is a proud advocate of education, economic empowerment and family. With 2 decades of professional growth, she built her career working across countries and industries with expertise in Marketing, Sales, Commercial strategy and Trade. She also had a stint in Finance. She is currently, a Senior Director with a leading Beverage Multinational in Canada, the first Nigerian in the company’s 175 year history. Prior to this, she was a Marketing director for West Africa and Executive Director on the company board in Nigeria.

Tolu has broken many stereotypes about career and life. Known for building several iconic brands, she got named Marketing professional of the decade in 2022 (Marketing edge Nigeria), Led team to Nigeria’s first brand Cannes Lion shortlist, Membership of Forbes communication council in 2022 and more. Tolu enjoys mentoring and coaching young professionals. She is a self published author of children’s fiction books.

Tolu loves quality time with family and close friends. She loves to dance. She also serves as a member of Caring friends foundation (NGO for children with special needs)
